Tuesday night's program is by Jeri Steele on Making Windows 8 behave (like Windows 7). As more and more people buy new computers they will be getting them with Windows 8. The new Operating System is already on version 8.1 and is in my experience been very stable. But the interface was designed more for touch screen so it's no obvious what to do to get other programs installed, etc. Come see one way to survive at Windows 8.
This blog is for former members of the BGAMUG Computer Club in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We helped people in need get computers, and we also helped people learn about technology, the internet, and computers.

February 25th meeting at 6:30 pm is at Kentucky Musuem
Reminder! We have a new meeting place at the Kentucky Musuem, 1400 Kentucky St at 6:30 PM. If you are able park across the street from the musuem and save the close parking spaces for those that can't walk as far. As you drive into the parking lot from the street, look to the left. There are a number of spaces there just for the musuem.
